本系列圆锥破碎机采用层压破碎原理，通过合理的腔型设计，使其可以实现选择物理最薄弱晶体表面缺陷处破碎，以达到破碎粉料少，粒型好的最佳破碎状态。具体工作过程为，

物料通过给料斗进入破碎机破碎腔内，电机通过水平传动轴带动齿轮旋转，从而带动偏心套平衡盘部件一起高速旋转，偏心套运转迫使动锥高频率摆动并自转，使动锥衬板表面

时而靠近又时而离开定锥衬板的表面，从而使给入到破碎腔的物料在破碎腔内不断受到挤压，弯曲而被破碎。只有在满腔破碎时，才能实现物料与物料间的层压破碎原理。故采

用挤满给料生产，产量会更大，粒型会更好。
